From Fraternity Little Brother to Client: Buyer Closing at Duke Farm Road in Wake Forest
I love helping my clients find the perfect home for whatever stage of life they are in and I recently had the pleasure of doing just that for my little brother in the Kappa Alpha fraternity, Paul. Before I get to the story, I wanted to share a throwback picture of the two of us from our days at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington for your enjoyment.
A few years ago, I found Paul his first home in North Hills. It was the perfect size and location for his current situation. Recently, he called me and said he was ready to settle down and find his forever home. He needed more space and wanted to move outside of Raleigh—but not too far. Fast forward to February and I am excited to say that Paul has closed on his dream home in Wake Forest.
Paul’s Forever Home
This new construction home in a pool community was just what Paul and his wife were looking for. With a first-floor owner’s suite, an in-law suite, and a three-car garage—there is plenty of room for the whole family—plus, space for entertaining. A few of my favorite features were the large kitchen complete with granite countertops, custom cabinets, tile backsplash, breakfast bar, large center island, and a walk-in pantry, the breakfast nook that has access to the screened-in porch with vaulted ceilings, and the second-floor recreation room that I know they will enjoy.
