So Nice… It Went Under Contract in 36 Hours

Before we even had time to get this home located at 703 N Estes Drive in Chapel Hill on our blog, it was already under contract. And that was in less than 36 hours! Not that we’re surprised, given the beautiful updates on the home that make it feel brand-spankin’ new.
