A Charitable Tradition: Supporting Western NC This Holiday Season
The holiday season is a time for giving, and this year, I’ve decided to continue a tradition that’s close to my heart. Instead of sending traditional Christmas cards, I’ll be making a donation to a charity that supports our neighbors in need. This year, my focus is on western North Carolina, which is still feeling the effects of Hurricane Helene. The storm caused significant damage, leaving families and communities in its wake as they work to rebuild their homes and lives. I have decided to support the non-profit Samaritan’s Purse and through this donation, I hope to bring some light to those facing ongoing challenges.
Last year, with your help, I was proud to support All-In to Fight Cancer and The Green Chair Project—two incredible organizations that make a real difference. Thank you to my wonderful clients and friends for sharing these recommendations! This year, I’m turning my attention to Western NC, inspired by the resilience of the communities impacted by Helene. It’s my small way of spreading love and giving back to the areas that have given so much to us all. Happy holidays, everyone—may your season be filled with joy, warmth, and generosity!
