Rick Meadows Is Now A Part of the Hudson Residential Team!

I am excited to welcome a new team member to the Hudson Residential team, Rick Meadows! AKA my partner Annie Meadows‘ husband, Rick has been licensed for a few years now, helping us on smaller assignments when needed. Now that he’s retired from the beauty industry, he will be much more active in his new role as a REALTOR®.

About Rick

An NC State grad, Rick graduated with a BA in speech/communication with an emphasis on interpersonal and organizational communication. He’s also a proud fraternity man with experience in many industries. His former experience in the beauty world spans several years—most recently, he served as a sales consultant for SalonCentric, a division of L’Oreal USA, since 2008. While in the role, he was named to the President’s Club and Million Dollar Club several years in a row, and earned No. 1 in sales for the Carolinas. In 2013, he finished fifth out of 120 consultants in the Southeast region; in 2018, his salon sales reached $1.5 million, and in 2019, $1.7 million.

Fun fact: Rick is also a professional actor! He played a cop in 2006’s “Purse Snatcher” and Coach Hines in 2010’s “The 5th Quarter,” and will star as James McHenry in the five-episode miniseries “1787 the American Constitution,” which is currently in production. Locally, he starred in Theatre in the Park‘s “Regrets Only,” Theatre Raleigh‘s “Urinetown, The Musical,” and Raleigh Little Theatre‘s “Guys and Dolls.”
